Terms and conditions

By placing an order with Savi-SEO, you, hereinafter referred to as "Customer", and Savi-Seo, herinafter referred to as "Savi-Seo", both confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Savi-Seo and the client including those concluded via telephone, email or fax.

Customer hereby employs Savi-Seo to improve the search engine ranking of Customer's web site.

Savi-Seo will carry out works only where an agreement is provided either by e-mail, phone or fax.

Savi-Seo will carry out works only for clients who are 18 years of age or above.

A deposit is required from any new client before any work is started to be performed by Savi-Seo. All and any outstanding payments for the works carried out by Savi-Seo or its affiliates are required to be paid in full.

Upon receipt of payment from the  Customer, Savi-Seo will start works related to Customer's web site search engine optimization and promotion.

The standard time necessary for site promotion is about 4 months.

In case initially agreed results were not achieved within this period Savi-Seo will return the Customer overpaid amount calculated on pro-rata basis.
For example, it was agreed and Savi-Seo guaranteed 40 key phrases to be in TOP 10. After 4 months of promotion it becomes evident that only 32 key phrases out of 40 are in TOP 10, i.e. 20% (8 key phrases) are out of TOP 10. In such a case Savi-Seo will return 20% of the money back to the Customer.

The same time, in case Savi-Seo will achieve better results and actual number of key phrases in TOP 10 will exceed number guaranteed, the Customer will owe nothing and no extra becomes due in favour of Savi-Seo.

Savi-Seo does not and will not promote any web site containing unlawful, illegal, or infringing information of any kind. In case, after starting promotion, the content of web site was changed so that it became having such an information, Savi-Seo reserve the right to refuse providing any further services and terminate agreement unilaterally without any penalties on its part. No refunds of any nature will become due in such a case.

If, upon achieving agreed ranking, Client decides to terminate cooperation with Savi-Seo, Savi-Seo does not and will not guarantee that ranking achieved will be further permanent and on the same level.

In order to create the optimized pages and submission pages for Customer, Customer authorizes Savi-Seo to use all content related to Customer's web site. In case of need, Customer will provide Savi-Seo with the content required without delays.

Customer agrees that Savi-Seo makes no claims, promises or guarantees regarding number of visitors, or sales the web site may generate, and will not be held liable.

Customer agrees that Savi-Seo makes no claims, promises or guarantees that Customer's keywords or keyword phrases will appear or will be added to all major search engines and directories. Refund will be granted based on Savi-Seo's guarantee policy outlined above.

Customer agrees that services shall be paid by means of credit card on a monthy basis. Failure or refusal to pay any invoice within 10 calendar days from its issuance date will result in automatic termination of services without any responsibility on Savi-Seo side. No refunds of any nature will become due in such a case. Resumption of services will be possible only upon receipt of payment in full.

Customer agrees to upload necessary optimized pages and/or submission pages files created by Savi-Seo to Customer’s web site, or to provide Savi-Seo with access to web site files via ftp or equivalent and shall hold Savi-Seo harmless for liability in the event of accidental data loss, corruption, and/or deletion.

Any liability of Sav-Seo, including without limitation, any liability for damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure of delivery of merchandise, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or unlawful use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action, shall be strictly limited to the amount already paid by Customer to Savi-Seo for the services. In no event shall Savi-Seo be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of this Agreement, the use or inability to use the services or for any breach of warranty.
